The Touring Process
Nomadic representatives provide all clients a detailed itinerary or touring schedule. On the scheduled viewing day, Nomadic employees adhere to the created schedule and help maximize the number of homes our clients view. Nomadic also customizes schedules to ensure areas of interest (parks, schools, dining, etc) are viewed.
Our process allows clients to submit high quality offers in a matter of 2-3 hours after viewing a home that meets their needs.
