Banking: View property income/expenses for any given month or any given year. Perfect for peace of mind and tax purposes.
Work orders: View all open and closed work order tickets for your property. Always know what is giong on without ever feeling like you need to get involved. You receive auto email alerts anytime a work order is entered, so please ensure your most updated email address is on file.
Forms: All property forms will be uploaded to your Forms Library and can be accessed at anytime.
Leasing and Marketing: When in the leasing phase, you can track all leads that have responded to our ads and view how many showings have been scheduled. You receive auto email alerts anytime a showing is scheduled.
Nomadic direct credits all clients rent received minus our management fee and any applicable property expenses on the 3rd business day of each month. To register you bank account, please fill out and email or fax the Direct Credit Form.
Nomadic has safeguarded lease agreements in DC, VA, and MD. Our clients can view these Lease Agreements prior to the leasing phase in an effort to make any customizations. This allows us to move quickly once an offer is received.
If a client's property is located in the District of Columbia, Nomadic handles all Basic Business License paperwork and filing procedures with Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs (DCRA). The DCRA does require your original signature so the below referenced forms must be mailed to our office. The DCRA charges a $190.30 processing fee and it must be renewed every 2 years.
