Nomadic Real Estate is a family owned business co-founded by Benjamin and Joseph Rieling in 2005.
 

Nomadic focuses on providing Leasing and Property Management services to individual real estate owners and investors throughout the Metro DC area.

Joe Rieling

Co-founder and President of Nomadic Real Estate. Upon graduating from he University of the South (Sewanee) with an Economics degree, Joe took a position with a Property Management consulting company and traveled domestically to assist multi-family properties in operation and leasing procedures. Joe then worked as a Leasing Manager for Kay Management and oversaw the training and leasing procedures for 12,000 units. 

In 2005, Joe and Ben founded Nomadic Real Estate and have enjoyed building business relationships with over 200 clients ever since. 

Joe now lives in Logan Circle, needs 2 Starbucks coffees each day, in general is unable to cook, overspends at Whole Foods, and does his best to keep up with his 2.5 year old nephew. 

 

Ben Rieling

Father of 2 year old Ryker Bronx Rieling, Ben helped found Nomadic Real Estate while attending Wake Forest University. While at Wake Forest Ben made ACC Honor Roll both seasons he played football for the Demon Deacons as a back-up Quarterback. He also obtained his associates degree from Wake Forest while earning the highest GPA on his team sophomore year. Ben completed his academic career at University of Georgia, graduating summa cum laude with a perfect 4.0 GPA while obtaining a BA in Real Estate from the Terry Business School. 

Lucky enough to marry his high school sweetheart, Ben and his wife Lindsay moved to Washington, DC one week after graduating college and have been living in DC ever since. Currently living in the Palisades neighborhood of town they enjoy the comforts of home and the crazy pace of keeping up with Ryker. 

Ben predominantly handles the operations and financial aspects of the company and is excited about the current and future growth of Nomadic Real Estate.
