A. Prospective renters visit Nomadic’s website and fill out a quick and easy Rental Locator Form. This form is specifically designed to help Nomadic Rental Specialists better understand a renters exact needs, wants and budget
B. Nomadic Specialists review the Rental Locator Form and immediately begin researching available rental housing options that match their specific preferences
C. Within 48 hours, a Nomadic Rental Specialist contacts the prospective renter and delivers a portfolio of selected rental homes/apartments (minimum of 5) that match their criteria. This portfolio contains neighborhood information, links to maps, floor plans with square footage, description of amenities, parking information, pricing, length of lease, photos and much more
This is where you come in, in joining the Nomadic Real Estate Network, Nomadic Specialists will upload and keep current all of your community information (floor plans, pricing, availability, amenities, photos, etc) on file and ready to send to eager prospective renters
D. If the prospective renter likes your rental home/apartment community, Nomadic will contact you immediately to initiate the application process
E. If the prospective renter submits the application and meets your qualifications, upon move-in, Nomadic charges a locator fee to the apartment community or corporate housing facility based on the length of the lease.
In joining the Nomadic network, apartment communities and corporate housing facilities can upload community/building rental postings for free within our search pages. Renters who do not use Nomadic’s Tenant Referral Service often access our advanced search filter that allows them to designate searches based on numerous selections.
