Immediate Action: The moment you decide to partner with Nomadic to handle your relocation needs, our representatives supply a detailed checklist and procedures statement outlining how we operate and the information needed to continue moving forward
Point of Contact: Within 48 hours, unless otherwise instructed, each relocating employee will be contacted by a Nomadic Representative who will communicate how our system works and provide your employees with a responsive service-oriented point of contact. This point of contact manages the entire relocation experience for that individual employee and will be available 7 days a week
Information: Most employees relocating to the area are only able to visit a limited number of times to view available housing before making a decision. With this in mind, Nomadic has created a program to ensure thorough research is completed before each employee visits the area. This ensures that we make the most of their viewing time. If comfortable with the internet, the employee is directed to our website, where your company address has already been uploaded and a customized web page already created with your company information. From there, they will complete a quick and easy Relocation Form that ensures we understand all of their needs, wants and pricing concerns. If not comfortable with the internet, Nomadic Representatives will gladly walk the customer through the question set
Nomadic Resources: The Relocation Form is unique for both prospective homebuyers and renters and is specifically designed to allow our Specialists to obtain and analyze all necessary information pivotal to ensuring their move goes smoothly and their new home is everything they expected and more. Once completed, our representatives put together a summary of information derived from the Relocation Form to ensure everyone is on the same page
Research/Portfolio Viewing: Upon receipt of the Relocation form, Nomadic Representatives get right to work and put together a portfolio of housing options that fit all the needs, wants and budget of the relocating employee. This portfolio includes exterior and interior photos, MLS data, neighborhood descriptions, floor plans and square footage, community features/amenities, parking information and much more for each housing option delivered in the portfolio. The employee views and discusses the delivered portfolio and has several extensive discussions with Nomadic Specialists. This ensures our Specialists that they are on the right track so we can better prepare for their visit
Schedule and Viewing: Nomadic Specialists take diligent steps to ensure a viewing schedule and itinerary is in place to maximize the time spent showing properties when the relocating employee is able to visit. Nomadic Specialists can pick clients up at the airport, take them to their place of lodging and make sure everything is taken care of from start to finish
Bidding or Leasing: Whether your employee decides to lease an apartment or place a bid to purchase a home, their Point of Contact will initiate the entire application process to make sure all the details are completed accurately and fast. Nomadic Specialists communicate with your relocating employee throughout this entire process. In addition, our specialists align financing, insurance and settlement companies to handle all additional transactions
Closing: Nomadic Specialists are with your relocating employee every step of the way. Our Specialists prepare closing documentation, review all documents and make sure your employee has all the necessary items completed. The employees Point of Contact is present at settlement and is there to provide support and answer any potential questions.
