Tenant Referral Program

Did you know that we have a great referral program available for all of our tenants to take advantage of? We always appreciate our tenants keeping us in mind and referring friends, family and co-workers. If you know anyone looking for a home to rent and they move into a property managed by us, we will take 10% off of one month’s rent. If you know someone who owns a home or a condo and is looking for a property management company, send them our way. Any owner who you refer that uses our property management services earns you 25% off of one month’s rent. Important Tenant Responsibilities

Tenants are responsible for changing HVAC air filters as needed.  It is highly recommended this be done once every 2-3 months to ensure the HVAC system operates most efficiently.  Tenants are also obligated to change all light bulbs are functional at move-out and a professional cleaning at move-out. If applicable you are required to keep the yard and landscaping well maintained as well as cleaning the gutters periodically. You may obtain a renters insurance policy if you are interested.

Work Orders and Emergency Maintenance

If anything on the property fails, breaks or is not working properly; please submit a work order online. We answer all standard work orders within 48 hours and you can submit your work order online by utilizing the following link: Our business hours are 8:30AM – 5:30PM Monday – Friday.  If you are experiencing an emergency issue after business hours please contact Nomadic at 202-223-9019 and provide a detailed message to our 24/7 call center.  A Nomadic representative will contact you within 1 hour. The following issues are classified under emergency maintenance and will be addressed immediately:

  • No heat with temperatures below 40 degrees
  • No electricity
  • No A/C with temperatures above 90 degrees
  • No running water
  • No functional toilet/shower
  • Water leak of significant volume
  • Lock-out after business hours
  • Fire/Theft or any event involving police/fire dept
