In 2005 my brother and I set out to form a Property Management company that could revolutionize the industry by combining traditional business values, a relentless work ethic and forward-thinking processes, software and technology.

 

For 20 years we have poured our hearts, soul, time and money into Nomadic with the goal of providing clients with the best possible property management experience.  Every meeting starts with the same goal; how can we make our product better.

 

At Nomadic, we have an incredible team.  We work extremely hard 7 days a week, we obsess over strong communication and responsiveness, and we care about providing the best possible service for our clients and tenants.

 

To this day, we are a company centered around humility and doing things the right way–we know how hard running a small business can be.  When a client signs up with us, it is a privilege, and we work tirelessly to earn their trust and confidence and provide true peace of mind.

What we do

Nomadic is a full service real estate firm in Washington, DC. We provide property management, leasing, and real estate sales services throughout Washington DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia for single family homes, condo units, and small-medium multifamily apartment buildings. We provide a full suite of real estate investment services for foreign service officers, small landlords, institutional investors, syndicators, and real estate developers throughout the DC Metro Area.

A message from the founder

In 2005, my brother Ben and I set out to build something meaningful with Nomadic Real Estate. Nearly 20 years later, we’re proud to say we’re still a family-owned business focused exclusively on serving the DC Metro Area market. Over the years, we’ve had the privilege of helping more than 4,000 homeowners with their leasing, property management, and brokerage needs, all while forging close, genuine relationships with clients who trust us with their homes, even attending some weddings and kids’ birthday parties along the way.

 

Nomadic Real Estate is, at its heart, a family effort. My brother and I are joined by our sister, our cousin, and a team of talented professionals, some of whom have been with us for over a decade, who share our dedication to providing exceptional, personalized service. We combine this personal touch with cutting-edge technology and a data-driven approach to ensure clear communication, proactive service, and lasting results for every client.

Consistent payments and deep reporting

Our software is built to provide clients with a fully customizable, real-time financial reporting library, offering complete transparency into every aspect of their property’s financials. Rent is typically collected on the 1st and deposited as a net credit to our clients between the 5th and 8th. Clients can access detailed reports breaking down every line item, while year-end 1099s and Schedule E postings make managing property accounting easier than ever.
