Nomadic Real Estate requires every tenant to submit an online application through Rent Safe. Rent Safe charges a non-refundable $40 application fee per tenant. The application requires a submission of a social security number, along with various personal information, for a credit and background check. All final decisions on tenant approval are made by homeowners, usually within a 48 hour period. Nomadic Real Estate does not collect payment for applications and cannot reimburse for applications. Below is a full list of FAQ's for applying, but please get in touch if you have any further questions. We wish you all the luck in your housing hunt!
