
Step 1
We’ll evaluate the value of your property and the surrounding area to determine a competitive monthly rental rate which maximizes your investment. Since Arlington doesn’t have rent control, we’ll take particular care to ensure that your monthly rental price is in line with current market conditions.
Step 2
We’ll prepare your property for listing on the rental market. We take care of it all: market-ready inspections, sourcing competitive turnover quotes for repairs and capital improvements, reviewing any existing warranties, insurance and service agreements, the utility structure, and more so that we can have everything lined up for a successful listing and move-in.
Step 3
We'll then professionally photograph the property and create stunning virtual tours, market it across multiple channels, and conduct tours for prospective tenants. We'll complete thorough background checks on potential tenants and even draft and execute the lease. While waiting to find the perfect tenant to live in your space, we will not charge you a fee while the home remains vacant.
Step 4
Once your new tenant has moved in, we’ll handle all ongoing property maintenance and take care of emergencies 24/7, fill work orders, conduct preventative maintenance, and more. Because Arlington laws require that you give at least 24 hours notice before you enter a property, we’ll also handle scheduling those maintenance appointments.
