Since moving to Washington, DC in 2009 to study Philosophy and Public Affairs at The George Washington University, Devin has developed a strong interest in logic and now applies that same analytical approach to streamline workflows and automate processes at Nomadic. With a background in financial services and technology, he has guided local businesses through digital transformations in industries ranging from construction and design to specialty trades. Devin began his career at Nomadic Real Estate as a Leasing Agent in 2016 and now serves as President, leading strategy and growth efforts to broaden the company’s offerings and strengthen client relationships.
On a Personal Note
Outside of Nomadic, Devin likes to unwind by playing and composing modern fingerstyle guitar—drawing on influences like Andy McKee, Tommy Emmanuel, and Erik Mongrain—as a creative outlet. On weekends, you’ll find him kayaking on the Anacostia and Potomac rivers for exercise and a fresh perspective on the city he’s called home for over 15 years. Rainy days often mean a chessboard, where he’s always trying (with mixed success) to bump his ELO to respectable heights. His appreciation for history and architecture extends beyond work, inspiring him to explore DC’s neighborhoods and inform his vision for Nomadic’s future.
