When you submit the referral form on this page, both you and the landlord you are referring to Nomadic will receive an email formalizing the introduction. You will be linked to the referral in our system, and once the referred party signs a property management agreement with Nomadic, the referral will be officially complete. Upon successful completion of a referral, we’ll pay you $400 when we collect our first month of rent on the client’s property.
There are no limits or caps on our referral program! You’ll earn a simple, straightforward referral fee of $400 per rental unit referred. This means that if you refer a landlord with a 10-unit apartment building, you’ll get paid $4,000 simply for submitting the referral form and making the introduction.
On top of the $400/unit referral fee, you’ll also be eligible for a $1,000 bonus upon completion of 10 successful referrals.
When you submit the referral form on this page, it serves as a warm introduction between parties. We’ll receive an instant notification about the referral, and both you and the landlord you are referring will also receive an email immediately to make it official. Our sales team will reach out to the referred landlord promptly, most often within minutes after you submit the form.
Once the referred landlord signs a Property Management Agreement with Nomadic, the referral will be complete and all parties involved will receive a notification (and a thank-you message) to signify that the referral has been successfully completed.
A successful referral is defined as any property owner you refer who signs a Property Management Agreement with Nomadic Real Estate for Leasing and Management services. Rewards for successful referrals will be paid out upon the collection of the first month’s rent for the referred client’s property.
We are not offering referral commissions for tenant/resident referrals at this time. This program is only valid for homeowner/landlord referrals. We may decide to expand our referral program to include tenant referrals in the future, so check back on this page for any updates, but for now the program is only valid toward referrals of rental property owners/landlords.
Referral rewards will be paid to you within 30 days of Nomadic collecting the first month’s rent on the referred client’s property. If the referred client already has tenants in place when they hire Nomadic, then your reward will be paid following the first rent collection cycle. If the referred client does not have tenants in place yet, and is utilizing our leasing services, then we will market their property and will pay you the referral fee within 30 days after new tenants have moved in.
Our software will automatically notify you via email once you’ve completed a successful referral. Nomadic will then alert you again once we’ve collected the first month of rent for your referred client’s property, and will ask you to confirm your mailing address. Within 30 days of collecting the first month of rent, we will mail you a check! If you are an existing Nomadic client, instead of receiving a check you will simply see a direct credit into your account.
You’ll automatically receive notifications when the referral is initiated (after you submit the form) and when the referral is completed (when the referred landlords signs a property management agreement).
