- Relevant work experience, customer service focused
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; including basic Excel functions
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt quickly to an ever-changing environment
- As a residential Leasing Specialist, you will help manage our client’s properties in the DC metro area
- Along with acting as a primary point of contact for customers, you will also collaborate with internal and external Nomadic teams to service the portfolio
- The right person for this job will be detailed-oriented, extremely organized, and have the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Field and complete requests for contract modifications
- Provide leasing services customer support via phone and email channels related to various account management functions
- Problem-solve customer escalations by collaborating with internal teams and external service vendors
- Ability to navigate and manage workload using multiple systems
- Exercise independent judgment to problem solve complex customer issues
- Collaborate with Nomadic teammates to solve customer issues and provide excellent customer service
