After graduating from Florida State University with a degree in Marketing and Communication, Kara built a strong foundation in sales—where the fast pace, daily variety, and opportunity to connect with people deeply resonated. That same energy and people-first approach now fuel her role as Portfolio Director at Nomadic Real Estate. She brings a sharp eye for detail, a strong instinct for client service, and a calm, solution-oriented mindset to the challenges of property management. With a passion for relationship building and creative problem-solving, she works closely with owners, tenants, and team members to deliver a seamless, high-quality experience across the portfolio.
On a Personal Note
Outside of the office, Kara, a lifelong creative, she finds joy in drawing and painting as an artistic outlet. Fitness is another key medium – she’s always up for a new challenge in a workout class and loves the mental clarity it brings. Mornings often start with an early morning walk through DC, where she takes in the city’s architecture and quiet moments before the day ramps up.
